We offer three modalities of services to maintain the best operational conditions of the equipments:
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
The support service enables it to give response to the needs in the following areas:
- Replacement of the spare parts;
- Process auditing which helps with the continuous improvement, as it is able to identify the needs of improvement in the processes;
- Training courses and sensitization for the responsible machine operators or technicians regarding equipments supplied by VIDROMECANICA in the scope of handling and maintenance.
REMOTE ASSISTANCE
- The remote assistance service allows it to diagnose anomalies and to intervene directly “online” via internet on the client’s machines.
INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE
- The inspection and maintenance service consists of periodic inspections to the client’s equipment.
- It’s goal is to evaluate the state of the machines and, possibly, to replace parts subject to wearing, preventing form future urgent interventions with higher costs.
