CENTRALIZED DOSAGE AUTOMATIC SYSTEM

It makes the  surface treatment of articles in the cold zone by spraying with a low concentration of polyethylene wax emulsions, creating a surface layer that facilitates the sliding of articles.

OPERATION

The system operation is based on continuous measurement of water flow, by water metering device and the injection of a substance as a percentage of the measured volume.

A dosing pump, regulated to achieve the desired concentration injects the volume of substance required to be applied.

The water and substance are mixed as a batch and held in a reservoir.

The mixture is fed from the reservoir at the desired pressure by a double diaphragm pump.

A PLC/PC is used to control the equipment.

A console provides an operator interface.

SYSTEM DOSAGE FOR DROP CUTTING SCISSORS LUBE SYSTEM

Vidromecanica’s  Single Feeder Shear Spray Unit provides an alternative to centralized systems.

It provides oil savings and a reliable gob shearing operation, with precise and automatic on-line digital ratio control.

No emulsion storage Water and oil mixes at point of use to reduce effects of bacteria Automatic digital ratio control Ratio is maintained regardless of changes in flow Security access code for changing settings by operators System integrity is maintained by an alarm system which constantly monitors the operation.

Display information is language selectable by customer On-line display of oil and water use
