CENTRALIZED DOSAGE AUTOMATIC SYSTEM
It makes the surface treatment of articles in the cold zone by spraying with a low concentration of polyethylene wax emulsions, creating a surface layer that facilitates the sliding of articles.
OPERATION
A dosing pump, regulated to achieve the desired concentration injects the volume of substance required to be applied.
The water and substance are mixed as a batch and held in a reservoir.
The mixture is fed from the reservoir at the desired pressure by a double diaphragm pump.
A PLC/PC is used to control the equipment.
The operator interface is made through a console.
